Buybea Services Limited is a next-generation online classified ads platform, created to help Nigerians buy, sell, and discover within their local communities-faster, safer, and completely free. We provide a trusted digital space where individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses can post listings for anything from gadgets and household items to real estate, job offers, vehicles, and services.
Responsibilities
- Visit shops, markets, malls, and vendors in your assigned area
- Convince sellers/businesses to sign up and list their products on Buybea
- Assist new sellers with the registration process
- Follow up and ensure sellers become active on the platform
- Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets
- Submit regular activity and performance reports
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and marketing
- Ability to move around the local area daily
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
- Fluent in English (local languages a plus)
- Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or POS agent roles is a strong advantage.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: N50,000 - N200,000per month
- Commissions: N50 Commission on any seller onboarded
- Bonuses: Extra rewards for hitting targets
- Transport/Data Allowance: Daily transport will be Provided
