Buybea Services Limited is a next-generation online classified ads platform, created to help Nigerians buy, sell, and discover within their local communities-faster, safer, and completely free. We provide a trusted digital space where individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses can post listings for anything from gadgets and household items to real estate, job offers, vehicles, and services. 

Responsibilities

  • Visit shops, markets, malls, and vendors in your assigned area
  • Convince sellers/businesses to sign up and list their products on Buybea
  • Assist new sellers with the registration process
  • Follow up and ensure sellers become active on the platform
  • Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets
  • Submit regular activity and performance reports

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales and marketing
  • Ability to move around the local area daily
  • Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
  • Fluent in English (local languages a plus)
  • Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or POS agent roles is a strong advantage.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: N50,000 - N200,000per month
  • Commissions: N50 Commission on any seller onboarded
  • Bonuses: Extra rewards for hitting targets
  • Transport/Data Allowance: Daily transport will be Provided
